Attention brides-to-be—this is the event you’ve been waiting for! On Sunday, September 7 and Monday, September 8, 2025, The Bridal Gallery is hosting its highly anticipated 2025 Bridal Sample Sale at 701 Columbia Street, New Westminster.

This is your chance to score your dream designer gown at jaw-dropping prices, with dresses starting at just $500. All gowns are sold off the rack “as is,” and appointments are required—no walk-ins. Once you book, a bridal expert will confirm your time and guide you through a 45-minute, one-on-one session where you can try on up to 6–8 stunning gowns. Each bride can bring two guests to share in the magic.

✨ Special Giveaway: Every bride who RSVPs is entered to win a free sample sale gown valued up to $700! To qualify, follow @thebridalgallery on Instagram, like the giveaway post, tag two friends, and attend your appointment. The lucky winner will be announced the morning of the sale.

If you’re driving through downtown New Westminster today, plan ahead—Columbia Street from Fourth Street to Eighth Street, along with several connecting side streets, will be closed to traffic from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The closures are in place to make room for the Pride Street Festival, one of the city’s most vibrant summer celebrations. Expect a lively, pedestrian-only zone filled with live performances, drag shows, food trucks, artisan vendors, and family-friendly activities. Rainbow flags and colourful décor will line the streets as thousands gather to celebrate love, diversity, and inclusion.

Traffic Tip: Use alternate routes or hop on public transit to avoid delays.

Whether you’re coming for the entertainment, the food, or the atmosphere, Columbia Street will be the heart of the party—just leave the car at home and join the celebration!
