The wait is finally over, New West! After months of curiosity and drive-by peeks at the new site, Metro Vancouver’s very first Costco Business Centre is officially set to open its doors on Thursday, November 14, 2025 — right here in Queensborough.

Taking over the former Lowe’s location at 1085 Tanaka Court, this massive 142,000 sq. ft. warehouse is a game changer for shoppers and small businesses alike. Unlike your regular Costco, the Business Centre focuses on bulk buys, restaurant-grade ingredients, and business essentials — but everyday shoppers are still welcome to browse and stock up, too.

And yes, while there’s no food court (sorry, $1.50 hot dog fans 🌭), the savings might just make up for it!
