Get ready, New West — the New West Farmers Market is back for another vibrant season at Tipperary Park!
Starting Thursday, March 26, the beloved community market will run every Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. through October 29. Residents and visitors alike can look forward to an afternoon filled with fresh local produce, artisan goods, delicious food vendors, and the lively community atmosphere the market is known for.
To kick off the season, the market will also host a special block party, bringing even more excitement with activities, entertainment, and surprises for the community.
Whether you're stocking up on farm-fresh ingredients, grabbing dinner from local food trucks, or simply enjoying the park with friends and family, the market is a perfect midweek outing.

📚 EVENT Magazine’s Annual Used Book Sale Returns
Book lovers, mark your calendars! EVENT Magazine is bringing back its annual Used Book Sale fundraiser from March 16 to March 20, offering five days of great reads at affordable prices.
Held daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the sale features a wide selection of fiction, non-fiction, poetry, textbooks, graphic novels, children’s books, and more. Shoppers can also browse DVDs, Blu-rays, CDs, magazines, and other media — perfect for building your personal library without breaking the bank.
The fundraiser supports EVENT Magazine, one of Canada’s oldest literary journals, helping continue its work showcasing outstanding writing and literary talent.
Whether you’re hunting for your next favourite novel, a hidden gem, or a stack of books for the family, this sale is a great opportunity to discover something new while supporting the literary arts.
