This interactive event shines a spotlight on the tiny but mighty pollinators that play a huge role in keeping plant life along the Fraser River healthy and thriving.

Visitors can:

  • 🐝 Discover how pollinators support our ecosystem

  • 🎲 Take part in a fun, family-friendly matching game

It’s a chance to explore, learn, and connect with nature — right here in New Westminster.

Perfect for a weekend outing, this event blends education and play, helping kids and adults alike better understand the natural world around them.

A Week of Fun, Food and Community for Seniors

Mark your calendars — Seniors Week is coming to New Westminster from June 1 to 7, and it is all about bringing people together 💛

This annual celebration highlights the connections, stories, and contributions of older adults in our community, with a full lineup of free events designed to spark joy, conversation, and shared experiences.

From social gatherings to music, games, and movement, there is something for everyone to enjoy throughout the week.

🌟 Event Highlights:

  • 🍽 Seniors Week Lunch – June 1 at Century House

  • 🤝 Partners in Aging Resource Fair – June 2 (all ages welcome)

  • 🥞 Pancake Breakfast – June 3 in Queensborough
