If you've driven through New Westminster in the past few decades, chances are you've seen the Dave Vallee name on a real estate for sale sign. Today, that legacy continues with Kellie Vallee, a dedicated real estate professional with RE/MAX All Points who is proudly rooted in the community she serves.

Kellie Vallee Realtor

For Kellie, real estate isn’t just a career—it’s a continuation of family tradition and a heartfelt commitment to helping others. Since taking over her father, Dave Vallee’s, business in 2022, Kellie has combined her deep local knowledge with a fresh approach that keeps her clients coming back—or recommending her to their friends and neighbours.

“I’ve always worked here in New West,” Kellie says. “It’s where I live, where I work, and where I want to give back.”

Whether she’s handing over keys on Possession Day or helping someone figure out whether to move, renovate, or stay put, Kellie’s approach is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and refreshingly grounded. One of her most popular services right now is complimentary market evaluations—no pressure, just information.

“A lot of people are trying to decide what to do next, and they want to know the value of their home before making a move,” she explains. “Sometimes they’re surprised—it’s more or less than they expected. And that’s where I come in, to help make sense of it.”

With the current market favouring buyers, Kellie’s also been spending more time helping clients find the right place to call home. She takes pride in educating clients, especially those new to the area or relocating from outside BC, where prices can come as a shock.

But what truly sets Kellie apart? Her intimate knowledge of New Westminster.

From knowing which condo buildings have a solid maintenance record to which neighbourhoods are quietly becoming the city’s next hotspots, Kellie has her finger on the pulse. “I’m very up-to-date on what’s happening in our city,” she says. “Road changes, new developments, transit—if it impacts where people live, I make sure I’m informed.”

And as any New West foodie will appreciate, she’s also got a running list of restaurant recommendations, often shared with new homeowners over dinner.

Beyond her real estate work, Kellie is also an active community supporter. One of her favourite events to sponsor? The Rotary Pot of Gold Golf Tournament.

Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at the scenic Mayfair Lakes Golf & Country Club in Richmond

“I sponsor it every year,” she says. “I don’t play myself, but my dad does, and my husband sometimes joins. It’s a great event—outdoors, fun, and all for a good cause.” For Kellie, it’s not just about exposure; it’s about supporting an organization that’s making a real difference in New West.

This year’s tournament will take place on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at the scenic Mayfair Lakes Golf & Country Club in Richmond. Whether you’re swinging clubs or just soaking in the atmosphere, there’s something for everyone:

  • 🎯 FOUR Hole-in-One contests—each offering a chance to win up to $50,000 in prizes (cash, a new car, and more)

  • 🏆 Competitions for longest drive, straightest drive, and closest to the pin

  • 🍴 Delicious food and refreshments are served throughout the course

  • 🎉 A buffet dinner and awards banquet to close the day

  • 💎 And yes, someone once won a $15,000 diamond ring—so it really can happen!

Can’t attend the tournament? There’s still a way to take part—the online auction from July 05 to July 27, 2025, lets anyone in the community bid on exciting items from the comfort of home.

“Rotary builds playgrounds, supports students, and runs community projects,” she adds. “I think it’s important to give back to the place where you live and work. New West has this unique small-town feel, and events like this help keep that spirit alive.”

So whether you’re buying your first home, curious about selling, or just want to know what your house is worth in today’s market, Kellie is ready to help, with no obligation and a genuine smile.

You can learn more about her at kellievallee.com, or find her on Facebook at Kellie Vallee Real Estate Professional and on Instagram at @kellievallee_remax. You might also catch her around the neighbourhood—or organizing the beloved Queens Park Garage Sale, another local tradition she proudly keeps alive.

New Westminster, BC – A key section of the BC Parkway has received a major facelift, making it safer and more enjoyable for people walking, cycling, and rolling through the city. The newly upgraded 737-metre stretch along Stewardson Way, between River Drive and 14th Street, is now open and ready to welcome the community with wide, separated lanes and enhanced safety features.

This transformation was made possible through a strong partnership between TransLink and the City of New Westminster, marking a significant milestone in the region’s active transportation network.

🏞️ What’s New on the BC Parkway?

  • 🚴‍♀️ Wider pathway with dedicated lanes for cyclists and pedestrians

  • 💡 Improved lighting and visibility for a safer, more welcoming route

  • 🚛 Increased separation from heavy vehicle traffic on Stewardson Way

  • 🚦 Upgraded intersections at River Drive, 5th Avenue, and 14th Street for better safety and flow

These improvements deliver not only a smoother ride or walk but also peace of mind, aligning with the City’s 2023–2026 Strategic Priorities Plan and its Active Transportation Network Plan. The upgrades enhance comfort and safety for all users—whether commuting to work, heading out for a run, or enjoying a family bike ride.

🤝 This project was made possible with support from the Southern Railway of British Columbia, which granted access to crucial land, and with funding from TransLink and the City of New Westminster.

🚶‍♂️💬 “This project closes a major gap in our active transportation network and supports our vision of a more connected and livable city,” said city officials. With new lighting, better visibility, and upgraded intersections, the renewed BC Parkway offers an elevated experience for all road users.
