Showcase Your Art at the Library

Calling all creative teens! The New Westminster Public Library is inviting middle and high school students to showcase their artistic talents in this year’s Teen Art Contest.

The 2026 theme is “Under the Sea,” encouraging young artists to dive into their imagination and create artwork inspired by ocean life, underwater worlds, and the mysteries beneath the waves.

Selected pieces will be featured at the library this summer, giving young artists a chance to share their work with the community and celebrate their creativity.

The contest is open to middle and high school students, and the submission deadline is April 7.

Whether you love painting, drawing, or experimenting with different artistic styles, this is a great opportunity to bring your ideas to life and have your artwork displayed for others to enjoy.
