The New Westminster Minor Ball Hockey Association is thrilled to announce the return of our Knights Fall & Winter Ball Hockey Program — a perfect way for young players to stay active, build their skills, and prep for the upcoming Spring 2026 season!
🏒 Beginning Saturday, September 13, sessions will run at the Queen’s Park Sportsplex, offering a high-energy indoor environment where players can level up their game — rain, shine, or snow.
Each session is designed with skill development at its core, focusing on fundamentals like stickhandling, shooting, and strategic play. Scrimmages are also included, giving players a chance to apply what they’ve learned in a game-like setting while having a blast with teammates.
🛡️ This program isn’t just about staying in shape — it’s about building confidence, teamwork, and passion for the game, all in a supportive and fun environment.
👟 Gear Up for Game Day
To ensure a safe and full-participation experience, all players must come with proper equipment, including:
✔️ Helmet with cage or shield
✔️ Hockey gloves
✔️ Shin pads
✔️ Hockey stick
✔️ Water bottle
📍 Where: Queen’s Park Sportsplex, New Westminster
📅 When: Saturdays starting September 13
